Relax and savour a menu of bespoke cocktails featuring Pommery’s signature Champagnes and new English sparkling wine. From the floral elegance of ‘Dusk & Bloom’ to the bold character of ‘The Forbidden’, each creation brings a fresh twist to your summer sipping.

Available from 21st June to 31st August during our Apéritif Hour daily from 4:30pm 6pm, each cocktail is just £8, best enjoyed while taking in panoramic city views.
