The Experience

Your morning begins with an exclusive out-of-hours tour of the National Portrait Gallery, led by Senior Storyteller Daniel Hausherr. Each tour traces a different chapter of history through the collection, following the lives of figures whose stories are woven, in one way or another, into the world of Champagne.

From the Gallery, you ascend to The Portrait Restaurant for a masterclass hosted by Martin Dibben, Searcys’ Head of Champagne. Five cuvées, each chosen to reflect the characters encountered on the tour, are tasted and discussed with the depth and pleasure that only genuine expertise can bring.
