Lorenzo has been shaping his culinary craft across Italy and London for more than a decade, bringing precision, creativity, and passion to every plate.
He began his career in his hometown of Dresano, working in kitchens across Milan and Tuscany before moving to London in 2019 to work at Locanda Locatelli and help open Locatelli at the National Gallery.
Now leading the Portrait Restaurant alongside Richard Corrigan, Lorenzo adds his own picture-perfect dishes to the menu, crafted with only the finest seasonal ingredients. He is proud to be part of the team at the National Portrait Gallery, bringing his experience and perspective to one of London’s most unique dining settings.
