Luke has been involved in London’s fine dining scene for a long time, acting as one of Gordon Ramsey’s head honchos for almost eight years.
Shaking pans in local Gastro pubs for ten years, he then moved onto the much loved Maze in 2016, working his way up from Commis to Head Chef during his three year stint. Once Maze closed its doors, Luke head up Lucky Cat in Mayfair for three years, then moving over to the River Restaurant in the Savoy.
He’s now found behind our pass, perfecting Chef Corrigan’s menu and adding his own picture perfect dishes, produced with only the finest of seasonal ingredients. A huge art fan, he’s thrilled to be spending every day at the National Portrait Gallery, surrounded by some of his favourite artists and looking over onto the London skyline – when he can look up from the pass!
